  7. Schema Research Corporation Hires Marketing Director

  9. Redwood City, CA -- December 2, 1994 -- Schema Research Corporation announced
  10. today that it has hired Darren H. Smith as its new Marketing Director.  Smith
  11. comes to Schema Research from NeXT Computer, Inc. where he worked in both the
  12. marketing and technical support departments.

  14. Smith will be reporting directly to Lowell Schneider, President of Schema
  15. Research, and will be responsible for coordinating the marketing plans for
  16. the database tool company.  These plans include public relations, reviving
  17. the Schema Research SIG list, user group interaction, and using the Internet,
  18. ftp and WWW sites to better satisfy customer needs.  In addition, Smith will
  19. be fielding technical support requests to help decrease turnaround time on
  20. customer inquiries.
